Magnolia

For the remodeling and addition of this house, we considered creating a spacious bedroom with controlled sunlight. We designed a second level over the existing construction to accommodate this space.

The original volume was only lightly intervened, but we revitalized the interior with color proposals and a well-organized kitchen connected to the dining room.
