When the client came to us, they wanted to create a rental space. However, the limited dimensions and the neighborhood context made the site unattractive. We proposed building, on two levels, a complex with three apartments and a commercial unit.

Because it was a rental project, we equipped the site with concrete counters, shelves and storage areas so users could arrive only with their personal belongings and use the space without thinking about additional furniture.
