Foodlab

In the historic center there are almost no vacant or wooded lots. When we were contacted to design this vegan food production center, we saw a very interesting opportunity to transform urban land into productive land.

We proposed something that felt between a factory and a laboratory, hence the name "Foodlab." The idea was to give, from the street, a hint of what would happen inside the property.
