LA68

Originally known as "Casa de la Cultura Elena Poniatowska," this group of buildings hosted independent film screenings, book presentations and outdoor dinners. After being abandoned for several years, it was rehabilitated and kept as a cultural center.

The proposal included a second-hand clothing store, a vegan products store with a cafe, a poetry library and a forum.

Through a green corridor, we visually connected the buildings, turning them into a single whole.

At the center of the property we placed the heart of the project: the blue mosaic library.

One space we found very interesting was the bathroom, which has a sink with different heights so different types of users can use it.
