Clementine
This house was remodeled to work as a summer home for a family. When they were not using it, it would function as an Airbnb.
The building had been altered several times with lightweight walls, closed-off doors, interrupted arches and different types of pasta-tile flooring.
As an integrating strategy, we wanted to narrate the eclectic nature of the house while tying it together with a tropical aesthetic, something that could reflect the effervescent and joyful personality of our clients.
Thinking about maintenance and practicality, we designed built-in furniture made of concrete.
